[EU] FINAL FANTASY XIV Hotfixes (Aug. 6, 2025)

■ Wards 13 through 18 have been added to all residential districts.

■ The following issues have been resolved.

• The following issues occurred in The Jade Stoa and The Jade Stoa (Extreme).
  - The server would occasionally crash.
  - Byakko would cease attacking.
  - Byakko's "Highest Stakes" action would occasionally incapacitate the targeted player instantly. This would also result in Byakko foregoing the use of "Highest Stakes" and immediately move onto the next action.
  - Characters would be left floating in the air.
• Across all FATEs, certain monsters would start with low attack attributes and HP.
• When equipment registered to the glamour dresser had a dye from a previous glamour, the colour transferred to the dresser would be that of the previous glamour instead of the dye of the original item.
• Players were unable to switch gear sets or use the “Recommended Gear” feature within certain instances.

■The following issue has been addressed.

- Upon entering The Forbidden Land, Eureka, the data for The Forbidden Land, Eureka was not loading properly.

*This issue was addressed in the emergency maintenance of Kugane on Mar. 14, 2018 1:00 a.m. (PDT). However, since the fix will take effect upon entry to The Forbidden Land, Eureka after the maintenance, if you were already in The Forbidden Land, Eureka prior to the maintenance, we ask that you please exit and re-enter for the fix to take effect.

*This issue results from not being able to correctly load data such as content progress and elemental levels pertaining to The Forbidden Land, Eureka when repeated attempts are made to enter within a short period of time, as data is not being correctly linked. There is no worry of loss of any data presently stored in the database. If you experience this issue, waiting awhile and entering again will correct it.

However, any elemental levels gained or content progress that is made while the data is not being read correctly will not be saved, as the data is not being properly linked, and will not be saved to the database, resulting in progress being rewound to its previous state.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but if your data for The Forbidden Land, Eureka is rewound due to this issue, please contact us in-game via the following flow: Under the System menu -> Support Desk -> Contact Us -> Report a Bug. Please contact us while playing the character which experienced the rewind issue and provide the following information.

- Time and date of the actions that were affected by the rewind
- Things affected by the rewind
Content progress
Elemental level
Elemental experience points

Please note that the only things affected by the rewind in this issue are restricted to content progress, elemental levels and elemental experience points pertaining to The Forbidden Land, Eureka. Inventory items and achievements will not be affected by the rewind.

Currently, we are receiving a large number of player reports regarding this issue. As such, we expect that it should take some time to respond to each report. We apologise for the inconvenience and ask for your patience and understanding as we work to process these reports as they come in.

We are taking the following steps to address player reports:

○ Content progress
After comparing your current content progress to progress made before the rewind, we will overwrite your data if your progress from before the rewind was ahead of your current progress.

○ Elemental level, elemental experience points We will calculate the elemental experience points lost due to the data rewind and add them to your current status.

As such, please be aware that even if you should reenter The Forbidden Land, Eureka before your report is handled, you will not lose any elemental experience points gained in the interim.
