I have shout filtered out. I don't need to see every random person's chat. Everything I need is in my linkshells, FC or tell.

I don't even use Linkshells all that much. I am almost always in FC chat. Only time I use /shout is for if I want to join a Fate grind group or FC recruitment, of which I keep down to one advertisement every ten minutes or so.

If people need to get ahold of me they can either PM me or talk to me in FC chat. Otherwise its doubtful that I want to talk to you. I prefer the quiet chatter of my FC over General chat.
