FATE DEBUFFS/BUFFS

Picked up FF14 the day after release. Installed, was pretty amazed BUT i noticed when i was playing, buffs and debuffs had no information on it whenever i hovered over it with my mouse. An hour later i asked my cousin if he had the same problem, he didnt. He also noticed that my FATE on my map doesnt show what level or any information on it. Alittle frustrating if you ask me for the buffs and debuffs, because when i started playing i thought it was all a guessing game, WOAW so salty i didnt want to remember all the little icons by asking people what buff/debuff they just casted. ANYWAYS, i decided to reinstall and delete the registry. Didnt work, a friend of mine told me "ohh maybe it got messed up when you were patching." REDID it. Same thing.. NOTHING. The SALT was real. Later i found out that little icons on the bottom right of the screen ie. home,duty,blahblahblah. NONE of those are labeled whenever i hovered my mouse. Sent out a ticket, and now they tell me to post it up on this. hopefully someone had the same problem and can help me fix it.
