    Still no response to wrong service acc

    This is probs the wrong place for this but frankly, Im just sick and tired of getting no reply from any of the sources I've tried.

    So back when the early access ended we were told to enter our cd key to get our free month. Having never used this shoddy mog station before, when I logged on the only option I saw was "add service account", granted a little bit of the fault is mine for not reading every word one by one to see its actually making a separate account within the SE account itself. The cd key got registered to a second account now with 0 characters on it. My main account now had 0 days to play. I sent a ticket off, tried calling, tried using the live chat but all of them would lead to either a no answer or connection lost.

    Even to this day, (nearly a month after the ticket was made), there has been no response to it, and I noticed it was automatically closed by SE, whereby I promptly received an email asking me to rate their customer service.. like. double you tee eff? Every time I tried using their live chat, after waiting for 2 hours to get into first in queue the connection gets lost - or the imfamous "no advisers available, check later". Same thing with calling them up.

    So I was pretty much *forced* to purchase another copy of the game and apply that cd key to the main account to get access to it / free month. Now I've forked out nearly 50 pounds for this game. Even after sending annoother ticket concerning this, I still have no response. It's frankly getting retardedly lame. I simply want to know if it was possible to add the 30 days free from the second account to the first instead of me subbing since well.. I was *forced* to buy the game twice.

    Doubt this will get any attention but hey, after no response for nearly a month, I guess this cant hurt to try.

    I have the same issue. I've written 3 tickets over the past week and a half and all I'm getting is that stupid retarded "Wait 48 hours and we'll respond to you problem!" This is very frustrating. How can they think they'll keep players if they can't even take care of them? I had an issue in WoW and I had support helping me two hours I ticketed them and fixed my problem.. Why can't Square do the same? I haven't played enough of this game (I had 5 free days when I bought it before I had to put in my code) to know if it's worth buying a month of it. I don't want to play on a new toon without my collectors items I paid for.

    you have to call them and give them your ticket number.then they will fix it it.i have the ps3 version and bought the pc version and put the pc version on a different service account. I called them and they fixed it in 2 mins
