I recently completed Garudra, and I obtained the weapon from her. I log back in later and it is gone. Will it come back?

If you leave the window open it may fly back home.

I think the best thing you can do is open a ticket, maybe using the in-game support desk.

You may have tried these, but just incase you didn't:

Check your armoury chest thoroughly.

Double check each slot in your bags.

Make sure it isn't equipped already

**If your bags were full, it most likely was lost.

If you have done thorough checks
Then you need to make a formatted bug report so they can try to track down your character logs, inventory logs, etc... Follow the template and give as much information as you can so it will be easier for them to hopefully spot the issue.
