Pets are totally broken without ability toggles.

I LOVE the idea of the Scholar class. However, how a respectable game company like Square could create a pet class where you can't choose what to have them auto cast and what not simple boggles my mind. It is game breaking, and I can't continue to level the class until it is fixed.

The problem is that regardless of stance, manually casting ANY pet ability immediately puts them in "guard" mode and for Aos (faerie healer), she immediately WASTES the AOE regen which I want to manually cast only, completely destroying the component of micromanaged control.

You could say same thing about chocobo. I has no point if I can't tell it what to do. At least let me tell it what target to attack.
