Restricting Weapon skills to original class.

I agree with Physic and Lienn. Dampening the armoury system not only screws over a lot of classes, and requires rebalancing, but it also pulls the uniqueness of the armoury out of the game which is Final Fantasy XIV's best game mechanic.

There are just as many people who think its the worst game mechanic and waters the game down.
