Where's my veteran rewards?

I bought the game for pre-release, and started my game account on August 23. Today is September 26 and I do have an automatic renewal on my account that I am paying for.


So, where are they? Or is it because you bugged my account twice with free days that now it's not even registering I have been on the game 30 days?

Have you 'payed for' it? Did you get the e-mails telling you payment would be made on a given date, followed by the e-mail telling you payment had been made? Has your subscription started?

Check your account perhaps?

i got more then 7 days because they super bugged my account

I also started on the August 23, but on my moogle station it still shows 10 days left for the free trial period. I know they gave us all an extra week because of the early server problems, still not sure where the extra couple of days came from. But I know I will not be charged until the free trial is up to get those veteran awards. Check into your moogle account to see how many days you have left maybe.

You won't get the veteran rewards until your free time runs out and you actually "start" subscribing. Unfortunately, for NA, there is no way around this. Like igormortis said, check your mog station.

Mog station just says "Supscription Auto Renewal". Doesn't even tell me how many free days I have left

it should say Payment Method and below it it say Remaining Days. ive 12 days left on mine here .

Mine just says continued automatically. Does that mean anything?
