Finding the Forums from the main site: I didn't once see a giant FORUM heading anywhere on the page. I had to send a ticket in just to get a link, seeing as online search engines also didn't yield a direct forum link. It wasn't until AFTER the fact that I noticed Lodestone was the site extension for the forum pages. How about explaining that to the newbies. Oddly enough, the two big button links to send you to either the promotion site or lodestone was even MORE confusing. In no way had I known that the website behind it was the actual lodestone, since neither button said 'CONTINUE'. Keep in mind, I'm just putting my experience into text. It could do with a little more 'new-user-friendly' appearances.
