Even if it's broken into TANK, HEALER, MELEE DPS, RANGE DPS, it will still be slow due to the number of BRDs, BLMs, and SMNs out there.
That's why I said that a fifth slot for a DPS wouldn't make a huge difference, but an extra slot for DPS means an extra player can get it, and 3 players going in is better than 2.
