It's a 50% boost, add that with rested xp and it's 100%.

Oh, I was thinking of the company buff Earth and Water not the manuals. Yeah the manuals... meh 50%, that's only gonna be roughly 300 per swing, not a massive boost when I can get 300% boost in a successful HQ craft. I'd have to think about that after my brain's recovered from another dull FATE train.
