    Summoner and DoTs ( Quick question )

    Hi im just wondering if theres a way to make the DoT dmg show like the per tick damage i see it land but i never see the ticks dmg

    Blue dmg = party
    Red dmg = Pet? and maybe dot ?
    Yellow dmg = Character dmg

    Is there a way to make dots tick show more in a 8 man or 4 man if its actualy thered dmg its all a bit confusing.

    The DoTs on the enemy show up as red, actually.
    However, be careful, you won't see a million red numbers if the enemy has 30 DoTs (i've seen enemies with 30)

    All the DoTs tick synchronically, timed by the server, so they all tick together. And the red number is the sum of all the DoTs going off at the same time. So say all you deal a grand total of 500/tick, your Dragoon friend has like 200/tick and your white mage and black mage there also have about 120/tick each. Once the DoTs tick you will see a single 920 red tick

    Alright thanks they should really implement something that allow people to see their own dots seperatly and not as small as they are at the moment ( possibly a bit bigger still red right under our "main" dmg ) and correct the alrgorithm so they dont stack with everyone elses dots. You would think some people wouldve reported that by now
