90k and 10102 errors "Connection to the server lost"

Anyone getting these? I play from Hong Kong on a NA server, but I am getting these erros all the time, sometimes after a few seconds, sometimes after a few hours. Even at 3,4,5,6 am US time I get it. I reboot my computer and that seems to stabalize the problem a bit allowing me to play for a few hours, but then it came back today after I did a machine reboot and tried to play.

Also does tech support actually read these posts and reply?

Getting that right now too, it was bad for about a week already usually starting in the evenings around 19:00 GMT but never as bad as getting 90000 twice followed by the 10102 and not being able to get back on.
Also that kind of lag (freezing for multiple seconds) was non-existent for me, even during the high congestion when you had to be lucky to get on the servers at all...

Playing from hk too, had exactly the problems you described but just fixed the problems with vpn. Give it s try, I'm in EU server

If you read the sticky at the top welcoming you to this particular forum, you will see that this is for players to help players. You will need to enter a support ticket for it to get in front of them, or call, or use the live chat option. Difficult to get through, but Tech support is at best, just browsing this forum rarely.

hey jocund thanks for the tip. I forgot I have a lifetiem membership to smoothping for WoW. They have added support for FF14 and using that to play now. So far so good.
