Lost connection, bit worried.

Yesterday I lost connection whilst playing, it said "Connection lost". So when I try to log back in, it said "You are already logged in, please wait a few minutes.". I managed to log in about 30 seconds later and noticed I was a few steps away from where I was logged out.

I'm a bit worried about this. I have a secure PC and I use the security token software on my android phone to log in. Could it be that I had run further on my screen before my end realized it had lost connection and I didn't run as far according to the server?

I changed my password anyway.

Yeah that happened to me a few times. See if you get disconnected from the game while moving your character will sometimes move a little before your truly disconnected. But for good measure just check your inventory, retainers, friends list, and mailbox. If somethings amiss just fill out a ticket. Hope it was just a regular d/c and not a knock off.

You be fine, when you get discon its usually the connection between your modem and the game server that drops, so the server still thinks your logged on, but after a short period the server will stop recieving info from your modem and will drop your char allowing you to log back on :-)

Don't panic, when you DC'd your character stopped where it was, spite you still moving. So when you logged back in you'd be at where you originally DC'd
It takes awhile for you to be kicked etc.

When your internet drops, you character is still logged in. There is a timeout on server that waits for the connection between client and server. If it does not receive more info, then it drops you out.

Every game has this mechanism. So if your internet drop just a bit and came back, you still are inside the game.
