Make "Join party in progress" default.

Experience points are not the reason people don't join in progress runs. It's avoided because 90% of the time you get in an instance without a tank or some other hopeless situation, which can be devastating to DPS in particular - it means you just wasted up to an hour in a queue.

I don't think it should be toggled by default, I'd rather it not be an option at all. Make it the default, period.

Thats what I'am saying....dont give any players any choice in the matter. Force them to join in progress groups if there are any.
