Personally don't care I was not interested in XIII the only interesting character was sazh but that ended not too far into the game so I lost interest.

They already established a shared universe with FFIV:The After Years (even explained wtf crystals do) since that game takes place after FFI III V and VI during a time after those planets have been destroyed by FFIV:TAY's Last Boss.

On topic though: I always liked Lightning's battle animations though I'm sure they'll be locked to her character model. Whether you liked her as a character or not you have to admit as a enemy she'd be a right pain in the ass.

They might not define your gender, but fringe clothing styles and radical alterations to appearance can be indicative of mental or emotional issues.

Your examples are case-in-point.

Overall, any clothing that is fringe-level will polarize peoples' opinions of you (mostly negative). And the converse is true as well - better dressed people are viewed more favorably. This is because a vast majority of humanity falls into personality types that value peace, harmony, structure, and social normalcy ( ISFJ, ESFJ, ISTJ, ISFJ using MBTI terms) as such, they tend to eschew strong deviations from the normal.

It's just the way things are. And those who campaign for an 'acceptance' of fringe culture are ultimately self-defeating. If any particular element of fringe culture becomes normal/commonplace, then those fringe-seeking types will be looking for something else to satisfy their eccentric urges, and the whole cycle reboots.
