I can't help but assume you are ignorant as to the technical aspects involved in an MMO functioning. There's a dozen ways this could be exploited, ranging from falsifying packets to make it appear that they had just disconnected in the middle of a craft when in fact they may of not or instantly upon relogging having an item auto-crafted to HQ with more than enough durability points remaining and no materials having to even be used. You think those node to node teleporting botter people are able to do the kind of cheating they do because SE intended it?

Seems like one of us is.

If someone had the ability to alter durability, etc in the middle of a craft, then there's no reason why they would limit their cheating to interrupted synths.

AFAIK, all the information on progress of a synth is stored server-side, not client-side. It's therefore very difficult to "hack" that information. The client tells the server what actions the player has taken and the server reports back with the results, which the client then displays on the screen.

Compare that to teleportation, where the client tells the server where the player is located----it's a very different situation.
