{GM Request} Botanist Botter Spotted

I see this guy, Starwind Spellbinder, running around from tree to tree leveling his botanist. I didn't pay attention at first but then I noticed when he was logging, he wasn't getting any items when he hit the tree. Then it dawned on me, his inventory was full!

So I started to pay attention. It was the SAME PATH every time and he went to EVERY tree. Now if there was a player sitting at the monitor, they could just look up at the map and see where to go but this guy wasn't. I clicked on him and took notice that triangulate was in fact ON. I made a report, twice because I saw him the next day as well. I still see him online so I figure I'll post here and hopefully a Dev or GM will see my post and look into it TONIGHT if possible.

I'm sick of people getting away with this stuff. It's clear he's using a waypoint bot program and there's no way for me to "interfere" with it to break it from it's routine since he has his own "logging points."

Not saying he isn't botting but you can never be sure. When I lvl Botany I probably look like a botter as well because I find 3-4 nodes that I know will respawn by the time my rotation gets to them. I then just create a traingle/circle of said nodes and visit each in succession. The only thing is usually a node with switch betwee 2 trees at any given "position" on my triangle so sometimes I have to go to one and sometimes I go to the other.

Anyone know if hacking at a tree with a full inventory still grants exp? I know for me that sometimes it just seems faster to grind out hitting HQ exp on gather attempts and I don't bother with trying to AH the stuff I get right away. Especially low level stuff.

It's been about a month since I reported someone on two different occasions and even posted a video of the second one. Nothing has happened. It seems SE doesn't care. I don't even bother reporting anything anymore, the interface is such a pain to use and takes too long to fill out their form, half of which should be sent automatically (World name? Really?).

How can you tell if they're getting items or not? I know when I level my Botanist I go around in a circle hitting the same trees/bushes over and over. I probably look like a botter lol, but it's a quick and efficient way to level just grinding stuff out and as long as you're sitting in TS3 with friends or watching TV, it's fun and relaxing. And if you choose the right item you can sell them for a good bit of cash.

Botting/Hacking is so rampant in this game i just gave up mining and came to these forums just now when i saw the amount of people underground teleporting to each node its disheartening
