Server Moogle - lvl 45 Black Mage Quest- The Blood Must Flow

Server: Moogle
Job: Black Mage
Quest: The Blood Must Flow lvl 45
Location: Thal's Respite, Eastern Thanalan
Issue: Can't use acquired item (Spoken Blood) on planar fissure. Target is invalid.

Details: I completed the other parts of this quest without issue and received my first 3 relic pieces. The fourth piece (the hat I believe) is proving more troublesome.

I defeated the mobs that spawned from the 'planar fissure' and received 'spoken blood', which my journal says I must now pour into the planar fissure to receive my 4th piece of armor (this was the same with the other 3 pieces).

Unfortunately, this 'planar fissure' seems unreachable or unclickable on this server (Moogle) and, as far as I know and since the 22rd of September, all Black Mages of this server cannot complete the quest.

I suppose the problem will fade at next server reboot but we (the black mages of Moogle) are stuck for now.
Moreover, we cannot continue our class quest nor start our relic weapon quest at 50...
