I wrote a Support ticket at 7 Sept 2013, and today I just received a reply from them! 26 September 2013, Just for telling me that they couldn't help me and ask me to contact by chat and phone instead.


Oh really, I have to wait 19 days just to get this response?

I really disappointed with their Customer Services, probably one of the worst I have ever seen so far
