    So I finally received reply on SE Support Center

    I wrote a Support ticket at 7 Sept 2013, and today I just received a reply from them! 26 September 2013, Just for telling me that they couldn't help me and ask me to contact by chat and phone instead.


    Oh really, I have to wait 19 days just to get this response?

    before you go FUUUUUUUU WORST CS EXPERIENCE EVER, how about actually contacting them before jumping the gun, and how about telling us what your issue was so we can probably scold you for not going the right route through support in the first place?

    I've never had a bad experience with CS. if you know how to correctly list your issue you will avoid long wait times, and if you are civil and polite with the CSRs, they will generally be able to help you.

    Ya, I'm loving the game, but the CS is really bad.
    Look at the Gil spam... It scrolls by so fast sometimes you can barely click on the spammers name to blist.
    Bots / map hackers floating around gathering nodes.
    Open a ticket, good luck getting a answer.

    It's quiet concerning actually. Is this how it's going to be?

    It's regarding billing issues I'm having, since it's personal I don't bother telling you guys about this....
    my message was polite civil and straight to the point.

    use chat >< , way better in my years of FFXI i never used mail to contact SE support (because its slow as hell) , in chat u will have the answer in real time :P

    I waited for SE CS chat for 3 hours before I left on vacation. I never did get to speak to anyone... We'll see what happens when I'm back on US soil Monday.

    As far as I know, Billings are usually handled by using tickets. Because the guys over the live chat doesn't equipped with billing data of customers, like on web hosting provider I used everyday, their Live chat couldn't handle billing issues. So I went straight and wrote a support ticket. But it seems work reverse on SE?

    Perhaps you should just follow these instructions?

    Considering they don't provide phone service within reasonable billing distance to all their customers, it's pretty ridiculous to force you to make contact this way. It should be possible to handle all inquires either through e-mail or live chat. Having to wait almost 3 weeks to be told to contact them through phone is an insult.
    Who these days doesn't have a cellphone, or a landline with unlimited long distance?

    I've made a tciket the day i fucked up with linking my CE edition to a new account, first they told me that they can help me and that i can choose to get a refound or just a digital upgrade (since i had to buy another copy of the normal game in order to keep playing).I opted for the digital upgrade as i want this to be as hassel free as possible even if i lose money in the process...now after 1 month i got a reply that they cant help me cuz i havent bought the game on their offical store.I really think SE is taking the piss on customers like no other company.
