That's precisely why I ask the moment I enter an instance whether the DPS classes are on PS. Not so I can judge them, but so I can determine how I need to interact with them. So far I can say, unfortunately, that the PS players have not been able to, in my experience, handle boss mechanics with any degree of success - more specifically, the final boss in Brayflox's and the first boss in Sunken Temple. They've also been unable to communicate with me in any capacity other than jumping or /shrugging.

Requiring an indicator of the platforms that the game is being played on insinuates that there is a disparity between the two. If this game is designed to function seamlessly between two platforms then it should not need to notify the players as to what platform their teammates are playing from - both platforms should be on equal grounds.

Also, just to clarify: I'm not singling out DPS classes - I play a White Mage/Scholar and my friend plays a Paladin. We do not play without each other in dungeons because we are a very effective team, so it's always the DPS that end up getting pugged.
