New Characters

I apologize if this is answered else where. I found the list that lets you know if new characters can be made on a server a few moments ago. Doe's anyone know how often Ultros opens up for new characters? I have a couple friends that will be joining soon.

Ultros has been open more often than not, lately, but it's still kind of random. I would expect it to open back up soon, if it isn't already.
