    Why can't I enter Titan HM?

    So I'm doing the relic quest for my DRG and completed Garuda HM.

    The quest log now shows to defeat Navel HM but 1) It doesn't show in duty finder and 2) I can't enter if part of a group.

    Am I missing something?
