The fact is titan is not hard at all there is no reason to nerf it period.
Nooooo!, I havent reached 50 yet! I want to feel the weight of the earth! Why do they have to kill it for the true fans!
No seriously, I do not believe in nerfs, when I hit this content and it becomes nerf I will feel less interested on tackling it. I want to get my ass kicked across the chasm and fail and learn and rage and at the end be satisfied for beating something hard.
you still got a month or 2 before that nerf happens so start picking up the pace. It only take a few weeks to reach your first lvl 50 and enter endgame. Though it is kind of difficult now to find groups to help build up your endgame gear now due to school starting.Nooooo!, I havent reached 50 yet! I want to feel the weight of the earth! (currently still trying to get full DL set and my Ifrit weapon. Also building up my gil by selling shard so I can pay for the repair bills for endgame)

Ac tuakly it takes 2 days to hit 50 with first clas lol
I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand.
He who learns but does not think, is lost. He who thinks but does not learn is in great danger.

Titan HM really isn't that hard has it is you just need to actually be geared and know the fight the dodging isn't that hard minus bombs the last phase when LS hits first and random lag issues. I've downed him 3 times for relics and more just for fun I wouldn't go back to it if it was that difficult
It's not "hard" per se. All a pattern, fairly straightforward.
What makes it artificially hard is the fact that what you see on your screen is basically a lie, and if you live overseas from the servers, then you have to have it memorized and be lucky that you don't get things like 3 plumes stacked on you when you heal or dps so you don't get randomly killed by lag rather than by your own mistakes.
I bet if the lag weren't there, and people would actually dodge things the way it looks like on their screens, then everybody who's run this several times would find it an incredibly easy fight.

Actually those plumes diameter is quite large and if overlapped by someone elses , sometimes you have to run along way to escape . Unless you are running already predicting them to occur you sometimes just cant avoid plumes . That's when having a good deal of hp and sch shield comes in handly .It's not "hard" per se. If the time come that Titan (hard) get easier, you can still challenge Titan (extreme).Nooooo!, I havent reached 50 yet! I want to feel the weight of the earth! Why do they have to kill it for the true fans!

What Yoshida said in an interview about making old content easier after 2.1:
http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...=1#post1324244GW: By completing the Crystal Tower in 2.1 will the players obtain high level rare items?
Yoshida: Of course. Everything up till here is what’s inside patch 2.1, and starting in patch 2.1 is easing of contents. We’re going to increase the top but the bottom of the slope will get easier, although it’s just a little, you should be able to feel it.
GW: Top being higher is easy to understand, but what do you mean by “the bottom of the slope will get easier”?
Yoshida: The top of the Binding Coil of Bahamut will not change in 2.1, this will not change until patch 2.2. In patch 2.1 we’re going to have 3 dungeons, 2 hard mode, and one high difficulty dungeon, so the amount of tokens will be more than what it is now. Therefore, it will be easier easier to increase your item level. Also you will be able to obtain more of the one rank lower token output will increase, so you can gain item levels at more ease. So it will be easier to reach the top. But in patch 2.2 the top (end-game) will get higher, so top players will go even further top. And then the contents will spread (imagine a mountain with pointed top [end-content] and wider bottom [contents getting eased over time]). This cycle will start from patch 2.1.
GW: So it’s kind of like going up a pyramid hierarchy a little?
Yoshida: if you just basically go higher in the pyramid, for those looking from the bottom, it will just look like it’s gotten higher. But in actual it’s not like that, it spreads out so even at first it looks like a high mountain, over time in about 6 month time, it will probably look more like some hiking course. However, even if it was easy to get there, once you reached the goal you’re going to find out that there was more up ahead. But as you go up slowly, it starts to ease out. I want to give this feeling to the players.

The main difficulty of the fight isn't the fight, it's Duty Finder groups who give it 1-2 attempts for new people to learn and then disband. That's fine when the content's progression, but when it's not SE wants to give people the opportunity to get their relic weapon and move the **** on from the thing.Nooooo!, I havent reached 50 yet! That's what the nerfs are aimed towards.

Real difficulty with the fight is the delay (though honestly I haven't been suffering from it anymore, I wonder if SE *fixed* it, for Titan atleast, WP stinky bomb is still broken XD and there is still normal lag)The main difficulty of the fight isn't the fight, it's Duty Finder groups who give it 1-2 attempts for new people to learn and then disband. Anyway, you shouldn't try to find a serious group in DF, why? Because you simply can't control it, refining it into a kill group.
