All off today when I've been in N. Thanalan any local chat is not working correctly. It shows up when I type it but no one in the map gets it (And no one else can talk either, it's a dead area)

/say, /shout, /yell all do not work. When I spam it, I can see it but my friends cannot. /party chat and /FC work perfectly though. When I got into a fate group everyone was confused as well about the broken chat.

I'm not sure if it's secluded to just this map but I haven't seen anything posted.

Also, once in a while a random /sh will pop up. I sent about 10 messages in chat and after a 5 minute delay the first message I sent actually popped up but nothing else.

Today has been hell to try and form fate groups with.
