I have the same issue. I've written 3 tickets over the past week and a half and all I'm getting is that stupid retarded "Wait 48 hours and we'll respond to you problem!" This is very frustrating. How can they think they'll keep players if they can't even take care of them? I had an issue in WoW and I had support helping me two hours I ticketed them and fixed my problem.. Why can't Square do the same? I haven't played enough of this game (I had 5 free days when I bought it before I had to put in my code) to know if it's worth buying a month of it. I don't want to play on a new toon without my collectors items I paid for.
