Can't create Threads despite having a high character level

Despite being levelled in several classes and over level 30, I can't make threads it seems. Why? I certainly have a grasp on the game.

I cannot create a new thread, although I have in the past, I also cannot reply to the thread that I started.

I cannot create a post in THIS forum at all.

I called SE and they told me that they are having issues with the feedback and bug sections so you would think that a post would be put up explaining this to people.

This is getting very irritating, no ability to participate in the forums without any mention anywhere and no reason or timetable given for a fix.
