    Please make FFXIV dedicated Customer Service team

    The only Customer Service available to us playing FFXIV is the General Square Enix Customer Service and that is not good enough at all, in fact, it is horrible because they can not relate or trained to relate to FFXIV.

    I suggest having a Customer Service team dedicated to FFXIV will solve many problems.

    This is the response I got, they didn't even taken in that I have already paid for the product and still waiting on it or that FFXIV is already released or that I am already a subscriber.
