I do melds for free on my server and if the person wants to tip, even just 5 gil, that's cool with me.
All it takes from a crafter is a push of a button and since you've spent money getting the materia etc, why should I take more from you?

push of a button? NoOoo. Take look at the sweat we have to shed to level up from 1 to 50, of course we deserve a bit tip from those who lazy to do this! :P
