    Blist char or whole account?

    Does it block the players account or just the char?

    Would be nice for an account block especially with all the rmt spam. I can always clear my blist and this would most likely make it easier.

    It sure would be convenient to block the whole acount. that would also prevent people from making a new character to try to deceive again.
