    can ps3 use pc hotbar

    some people have said yes and others no. i just want to know if i can or cant. and if so how do i set it up.

    Afraid no, the hotbars are set up to match the button arrangement of the control scheme. PC, having access to both, can use both with equal efficacy while the PS3 only has the controller and the cross hotbar.

    As Gilraen said, ps3 can't use the PC layout.
    Which is weird because you can use a mouse and keyboard.
