Make Punishment for abandoning Duty even more severe, and Implement kick function

Just Queued into ifrit after an hour wait just to have the healer say "No mage, I don't trust pugs" and dropped. 15 minutes isn't enough, it should be even longer. He just singlehandedly ruined the entire run and wasted time for seven other people because of his self-centered attitude. Make it 30 minute dropout, 15 isn't enough compared to the amount of time those people have to wait to get into a group. Or at least implement the ability to find members for primals. it's really quite stupid that you can't. Also, kick function. It goes without saying why that is needed.

1. The penalty for leaving should be time left on the instance clock minus time spent in queue. Any behaviour trying to force someone else to leave = 1 day game ban + 1 day df ban. Next offense is 1 week game ban + 1 week df ban. 3rd offense = month game ban + permanent duty finder ban. DF-banned player can only enter with full premade.

2. Vote kick will be abused so hard that it will crush its advantages, especially if u have a premade that has enough members to pass a vote.

Skip cutscenes or kick!

One mistake = kick

Dps not uber? kick and hope next one will be an upgrade

Needs a DF police instead. In vote to call the police votes premade team counts only as 1 vote. If vote passes GM comes to investigate live. There should be enough number of policemen so that the waiting time does not exceed 5 minutes. Hiring cost may be high, but it is the only solution that wont hurt innocent players.

If someone plays bad, first u should politely tell him what he is doing wrong and why, and tell him how they can improve. If he refuses to listen without proposing reasonable counter arguments, then he commits a crime of "refusing to communicate with team" what should be judged by DF police.

Absolutely! Communicate with the tank to help them do their job better. If they are really beyond reason or just trolling, then vote kick him. If the rest of the group doesn't agree with the vote kick, then obviously there's something wrong with you. Go leave the instance then wait the appropriate time before re-queueing.

Duty Finder is fine. Solution is to premake your group and avoid Duty Finder when possible. All other solutions have their own faults.
