yeah, queue times are long, and yeah it's frustrating to not be able to bring out your chocobo or join fate groups in the meantime, but you can level an alt class, solo fates, quest, craft, levequest, etc. admittedly not ideal, but I've leveled as a thm up to 39 so far and i'll always eventually find a group, and i've only wiped on one boss so far (the end of braylock, i think, the dragon who spits pools of poison). and if I wanted to put in the effort, I probably could have found a few people to go with me. find a tank or a healer and the queue is almost instant. basically, make some friends. be friendly and amiable in fate groups

Yah I am not sure why games are going to 4 person parties. FF 11, usually you took 6 back when I played, not sure that is the same now. You tried to take a healer, tank, support and 3 dps. Six man parties would basically open up for the need of 2 more DPS in each party.
