In a fight that is 10+ minutes long like Titan, "proc luck" becomes much less of a thing that you need to be worrying about as the numbers begin to average out pretty quickly over time.

Or are you talking strictly about the heart phase or something? (But even then, it shouldn't be a big deal as far as I've heard.)

Disclaimer: I don't play BLM, but I run with a few of them who all express no concerns whatsoever about their ability to perform on Titan.
