NPC bug- Coerthas Central Highland-Carrilaut/Merchant and mender bug

I am working on my story quest, just finish Three for Three quest ( a lvl 36) and now i am suppose to talk with Carrilaut for next quest. He has the flaming quest logo over his head and i can target him but there is no response from him. when i hit x my hot bar icons grey/darken out like a text box is going to pop up but nothing never comes up.

I also am stuck in my questline due to Carrilaut not wanting to talk. Same symptoms of greyed out hotbars for a second, then nothing. There are several others in shout chat also having the same problem. I also cannot speak with the Merchant/Mender to get anything done there, no buying/selling/repairing.

One thing I did note was that Carrilaut had another quest that was unavailable to be at the time, noted with a red marker; the marker then changed to the usual story quest start logo when the cutscene for the quest "Three for three" completed.

edit: Oh! My bad. PSN maintenance not game's sever maintenance but maybe we have some hope.

They moved The Consolidated Thread to the Accepted Bugs forum about 10 hours ago. This means they have sufficient details to work on the bug and get a fix in. Hopefully in the next day or two.

my friends are all stuck on this bug. I feel so bad cause they all want to catch up to 50 and run Castrum and such but they can't get past this bug I hope it gets fixed asap!

Cannot initiate story quest "The Rose and the Unicorn"

The NPC named Carrilaut in Dragonhead is unresponsive and as a result will not allow the player to start "The Rose and the Unicorn" story quest.

They have moved The Consolidated Thread to the Accepted Bugs forum about 12 hours ago. This means they have sufficient details to work on the bug and resolve it. So, you shouldn't be stuck much longer- hopefully.

Been stuck at this point in the main story for 4 days now. Talk about rediculous. thier support system is a joke as well.
