    Please get rid of the post count.

    Seriously leave the minimum level to post but get rid of the post limit. It really goes against creating a solid community. There is a good amount of people that want to be on the forums but can't. Nobody really uses the shard forums because of the stupid post limits.


    Get rid of the post limits.

    I fully agree with this, while restricting topic creation may be passable, restricting the number of times that a player can respond on the forums can only lead to a worse community. Especially when all posts are restricted to 1000 or less "characters" which makes one choose between throwing all articulation to the wind or wasting several posts just so that the initial idea of your thread can't be misinterpreted.

    Completely agree, limiting the amount of links, picture sizes etc. so singular posts don't make the page run forever or take an age to load is a good idea, restricting sizes to character lengths is nothing short of digitally prehistoric.

    I mean really, next thing would be being scared that someone posting a two digit year date would crash the system :P

    I completely agree with this as well! If SE wants this forum to be used by its players as a way to communicate with one another about the game they need to get rid of the posting limit. This has truly been a source of frustration for me! I got into the Alpha for Version 1.0, and then played the game for a bit before the lag on my laptop forced me to stop. :-( But then I was accepted back into the Beta for ARR and I have been with it since. I really like this game, and I want to be able to talk with people about it freely. I want to be able to post as much as I want.

    SE, if you are worried about spam or RMTs, you already have a report button. We will happily use it. I think you ought to keep the minimum level to post at, let's say, lvl 10, but after that we should have free reign. This is a truly awesome thing you have here, and you are severely limiting its potential. It makes me sad. :-(
