There is a FATE in the Sylphlands against a Boss Sylph who's job is to temper baby Sylph, I solo'd it down to 10% health but it despawned on me due to the timer. Just mentioning it as another FATE w/ possibly unknown rewards. Good hunting though in finding the minion.

It could even be a reward from a failing event chain.

Like the attack on highbridge does one of two fate depending on if act 2 wins or fails.
You might need to fail one event and win the next which is why it could be very hard to find.
