I'll throw my hat into the pile - we've got both casual & hardcore players in guild, and we tend to raid whenever we feel like it (Fridays and Saturdays are usually dedicated to pushing the envelope, but everything else is just getting folks geared,) and really, we just happen to be a guild of like-minded individuals that are together as much for the atmosphere as we are for the raiding. Garuda farm sprees are much more fun when we are screwing with each other :3.
