    Hmm.. you know, you're not the first person to have this problem. But I don't remember if we ever came to a solution.

    Make sure that FFXIV was completely uninstalled from your system, by running a registry cleaner such as Ccleaner.

    You may also try moving your program files (x86) folder to a different drive.. but that's a shot in the dark

    You say you have windows 32-bit.. <.< is that XP or 7?

    7. But it keeps asking me for a Windows Vista Service Pack 2 after I choose the Language option. I have Windows 7 32-bit. sadly i have a mac, but I have windows running on it via bootcamp. Ive never encountered this problem when i first installed it, so I have no idea why this is happening.
