Question about vetran rewards

I recently registered for the 90 day sub on mog station, and I was under the impression you receive several items as it mentions on the Mog Station. I have yet to receive a thing, was this something for only 1.0 subs, or do you have to actually accrue the time before you receive the items? Any info is greatly appreciated.

You have to wait until you actually get charged for the 90 days. When your free-time runs out, you'll be charged for the 90 days, then you'll receive your vet rewards.

Please let us extend or subscription, it's silly that we can't extend our subscription just because we are currently have active subscription. Thanks to this now I have to wait next month till I can claim the veteran rewards. Look at some of us who have both PC and PS3 version, they have 60 days free game time + 7 additional Free days, and they won't be able to claim any vet rewards until this two months period ends + a week. I hope there's game time card in NA, but that seems not gonna happen anytime. EU has their Game Time Cards, JP has their Game Time Cards, NA?

There's Game Time Card from UltimateGameCard but that thing doesn't add game time to your account, only Crysta to your account that will not be charged UNTIL the current subscription ends, what the heck we're supposed to do with all the crystas laying around in My Account that can't be used.

Thank you for clarifying this. Many players, namely those without access to timecards, are just complaining that SE owes them their Veteran rewards when they haven't been charged yet. I cannot however speak for those who are just registering their credit cards to which I can only sympathize.
