No character or npc animation

When playing, my character can physically move, but there’s no animation. The character will simply stand there with her arms sticking out even while moving. The only part of my character that moves is the weapon, but it moves independently of the character. NPCs are the same way.

it started when i first ran the game, the settings made it choppy, so I adjusted them to run better. it now runs great, with the exception of the aforementioned bug.

I will upload a picture when I can because it’s hard to explain.

Also, some objects will not show up, only their shadows will.
