    I would say that if you are a PLD maybe the relic+1 is a good choice since it upgrades your shield aswell which gives you more block?
    For warriors i would say first upgrade your armor as you dont only get better vit/str/parry stats but also more defense.At least thats what i am doing, my relic+1 will be the last thing i will upgrade.And if you need a better weapon than relic to hold aggro against DDs with relic+1 then you need to look into your play.
