So in other words, you want a system that makes massive profit for you, the crafter/gatherer, and simply costs non crafter/gatherers their life savings for a single piece of gear?
Because the moment you give crafters that sort of power, you can bet on the prices for even the most mundane materials required for these items would shoot up to millions per single item.

Not to mention the "LF Armorer to make ____ with my mats" followed by "yeah ill make it, but it'll cost you a massive amount of Gil or I'm not doing it"

What we have now is fine. More dungeons that drop Tomes would be nice, and I am fairly certain the 2 new Hard Mode dungeons and the brand new dungeon will all drop Tomes.
