Can gathers get together and set prices on sthings?

What is the deal with materials selling for 1 gil? or vendor mats selling for double the vendor price? Can gathers not get together and decide this is the price of norm?

No mat gathered at level 10+ should be worth 1 gil, thats all there is to it.

Im sitting on almost 1200 mythril ore because it sells for nothing on the auction house, its almost more beneficial for me to level my goldsmith to 50 just to use it.

It's not bots; they are all occupied with shards. It's just inflation of the hundreds of people mining the only valuable resource available to their level which in doing so removes said value.

All the prices need to crash and they will. Give it about a month or so, then the prices will settle down.

the thing is, for one level of gathering you pull out something like 200 nodes x 4 matts = 800
you need 5 levels that means 4k of matts to level you up to another bracket, craft needs like what 200 ?
ofc there is going to be a shitload of matts on the auction

170+k exp for 27 (if you count int logs its 45) matts and 1 leve allowance, and thats just 35lvl one

No. You can't get people to agree on anything. Even if they aren't bots.

But on the tooltip for every salable item has the NPC sales price on it. And the game is full of idiots who will post stuff on the AH for less than the NPC sales price. All you can do is take advantage of them.

I think some people get confused because of the amounts shown next to the item. It says Sell 1g so they do, not realizing they can sell it for any price.

Stop selling your material and start crafting. There are people out there who had it easy, leveled all of the DOH jobs to their max, and currently are making bank off you.
