Remove +'s on Gathered Items

This would be one good fix, tho some would complain that it is too easy to HQ everything since every item will be considered +3. I like it tho. Will save much inv space, and involve less variables in the coding.

Why would it be easier Reika? When they rolled all drop items into NQ and +3 they did not change the drop rate. It fact it makes it harder to HQ as you only have NQ and +3. You still get the same drop rate on items as +1 and 2 goes away and they don't increase a drop on +3.
