My game's pretty much always run fine, until just recently...

Whenever I'm in a town or overly crowded area, my framerate just goes completely to hell. I never had this issue before.

Also, I noticed on my program manager that XIV is sometimes causing massive memory leak, using up over 90% of my CPU and the memory use just keeps skyrocketing out of control.
