Definitely. After frustrating hours of questing with crap FPS on super low settings, I gave up and checked the Nvidia experience software, to which there was an update to both the software suite and driver. Logged back in after a restart, and bam. fixed.

Radunas/Freyar, yes it is a GT630 not a GTX .... but surely I would be able to get better than what I am getting even with that... or is that just wishful thinking on my behalf?

Radunas, thanks for your suggestions... My drivers were the first thing I thought of, so I made sure they were up to date - made no difference...I have never used MSI afterburner, do you think it would help?

Well, yea that card isn't going to perform as good as the GTX series, check out the link freyar posted to video card benchmark and see what he means.

The MSI afterburner software is for overclockers. I wouldn't recommend getting into that unless you're gonna do the proper research and not blame the software if you burn a hole through your card. BUT, you can use it to control the fan speed on your card, if it supports that function, so I turn it up to run it cooler and thus smoother.

Nice, i've been holding off on updating because of the issues some others have had with the driver, but if it works that nicely i definitely will now.
