increase my fps?

mine's a desktop. i dont run laptops for any mmo gaming. tried that once and never will again. and i have thought about building, but like i said. i never had a problem with WoW, SWTOR with this computer. For FFXIV is a different story, i mean the game play isn't horrible, with 30 fps but i can tell a little glitchy while running. so what i see is that i need a new processor, graphic card?
