i bought the wrong item and immediately noticed and didnt equip

Cowls are all garbage. I'm waiting to get my AF2 and I hope I can discard this darklight cowl of trash. making cowls without an option to unhood is unacceptable.

Title says didn't equip, body text says equipped once. Dismissed as needing to pay more attention.

worn once, on accident. it was stated above i believe - it was equipt at the vendor and it was taken off immediately when i saw it eat my hat off of my character

also there isa half robe and hat on mythology which says i shouldnt bother with the cowl

and they also have different departments dealing with different things..

You got to level 50 without realizing a cowl always takes two armor slots? Then realized you should have skipped that ugly garbage and want SE to refund your tombstones... Umm..

OK, you could submit a ticket asking them to roll back your character. It'll probably take a few weeks, but they can't just manipulate your inventory this way. But in the weeks it takes to get your character rolled back you could just grind and replace the tombstones you spent. That's assuming they'll even do it.

Just wear the cowl because it's not going to matter. Get char rolled back and lose all progress or move on.

i swear you just tried to trick me into thinking that you thought that i didnt know the difference from a cowl and a half robe.
and they should already have implemented a 30 minute trade back window if not enchanted ot gemmed. also they need a sort of oqueue addon or ffxiv-app needs someone to make a irc and implement it into the app [dps meter]

Have you seen the tank DL gear. Not only does in COMPLETELY cover your face, the leg gear uses your foot slot as well. I HATE it. People will not want to party with me, but I'm not sure I can wear that crap and enjoy this game.

I picked up the whole sentinel set, LOVE it. Too bad it has no stats.
